The orbicular batfish is a tropical fish native to the Indian and Pacific Oceans. It is found at depths of 5-30 meters. Singly or in small groups among mangroves and inner sheltered lagoons, while adults move out to open waters in shoals over sandy areas of deep lagoons, channels, and seaward reefs. The orbicular batfish can grow up to 50 centimetres long. Its light-coloured body has dark vertical bands on the front of its body and black rims on the dorsal and anal fins and tail. In adults, the band across the eye has a pattern of fine, wavy lines. Red Sea Famous with orbicular batfish ( shark and yolanda reef )
