Pav setting diamonds

Pavé setting in brass with 3mm (fake) diamonds. Outside (“bright cut“) with 60 degree V bit. Through holes using #43 drill, ~75% of the diamond diameter. Seat for the diamond made with a 3mm “setting bur“ which looks like a chamfer tool with many more flutes. Prongs formed and cleanup with “ end mill. Diamonds drop in then the prongs are pushed and rounded manually with a beading tool.
