The classic “Greensleeves“ sung by Owain Phyfe with instrumental performances by musicians from Wolgemut, Celtic Mayhem, Iron Hill Vagabonds, The Harper and The Minstrel, Revelers' Round, The New World Renaissance Band, and more. This was filmed on Feb 27, 2011 at the Florida Renaissance Festival, at Quiet Waters Park in Deerfield Beach, Florida, during a special early-morning session held just after the gates had opened. This session was really for the fun of the musicians to do a little bit of jamming together for themselves before the festival day started, and represents a mix-up of most of the musical groups at the fair. This particular performance features: (1) Owain Phyfe (from the New World Renaissance Band) on lead vocals and Chitarra Battente (an type of Italian Renaissance guitar). (2) Michael Gartner (aka “Micha“ from Wolgemut) on his authentic replica of a medieval vielle. (3) Jack Stamates (from Celtic Mayhem) on the violin
