Commentator reminds us that this is the stuff we used to have in England a long time ago (drought in 1959!). In Lynmouth, Devon, we see various shots during the flooding of a few years previously. Water flows right through the centre of the town. A policeman watches it go by. Cut to Lynmouth today; the river walls have been reinforced, but the river is parched and dry after the drought of the summer. General view of coastline near Lynmouth.
