A question was asked, “Do you have to deadlift from the floor to get muscle mass gains?“ The answer is absolutely not. There’s a reason why you see a lot of bodybuilders foregoing deadlifts from the floor altogether and going right to rack deadlifts, but in this video I talk about why some people gain very little benefit from going beyond their range of motion and in many cases do nothing but risk injury in the process.
