The final round of assembly elections in Jammu and Kashmir starts today, featuring over 400 candidates vying for seats. New Delhi has invited diplomats from 15 countries to observe the election, marking the first time the Indian government has allowed outside observers to witness the polling process in Kashmir, according to local media.
