Introductory Ori Tahiti (Tahitian) dance basics you can practice to at home. This is also a great cardio workout that will help burn those calories, trim that waist and tone your legs. This is our first workout video. This goes over basic dance movements and basic combinations to different beats. Have fun, and don't mind the mistakes and craziness that happens at my house lol. Will be doing another video in a couple of weeks or so. That gives you just enough time to master these ;)
