Copyright Disclaimer Under Section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976, allowance is made for “fair use“ for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research. Fair use is a use permitted by copyright statute that might otherwise be infringing. Non-profit, educational or personal use tips the balance in favor of fair use. I have no idea what these two are supposed to be promos for but this was found on a Japanese-subtitled VHS release of the 1995 horror film, Project: Metalbeast. Whatever this was a promotion for, must have been a hit, or at least enough to have a soundtrack tie-in. Forgive my ignorance, btw.
