Today I’m sharing 2 easy bento box ideas that can be enjoyed any time of day: a breakfast-themed vegetarian bento box & a lunch bento box featuring loads of simple, homemade goodies. For my breakfast box, I’ve whipped up a super fluffy mini pancakes recipe, a hearty homemade fruit salad, and the BEST banana bread ever, made with only 5 ingredients. Plus, I’ll show you how to make easy peel hard boiled eggs in the OVEN! Then for my lunch box, I’ve put together a healthy chicken salad with a homemade gluten free pita bread recipe, a Mediterranean chickpea salad, and a batch of AIR FRYER tortilla chips served with a side of oh-so-easy guacamole.
