The government will have to rethink its support for a third runway at Heathrow after Court of Appeal judges found they had not taken the international agreements on climate change into account. But Lord Justice Lindblom, sitting with Lord Justice Singh and Lord Justice Haddon-Cave at the Royal Courts of Justice in central London, dismissed a host of other challenges to the scheme, including appeals by Hillingdon Council and developers hoping to get the go-ahead for an alternative plan.
