INCIDENT DATE/TIME: 11-4-23 3:58 am LOCATION: SB SR-163 JNO Kearny Villa Rd CITY: San Diego DETAILS: The male driver of the Tesla slammed into the rear of the Mazda, which had a male driver and female passenger. The male from the Tesla was unconscious and had to be rescued by the firefighters, who had to cut off the roof and doors of the vehicle. The rescue took over 30 minutes, and the male remained unconscious throughout the incident. The two people from the Mazda were transported to a local hospital with unknown injuries.
