Panzerotti a very tasty recepie from the city of Bari in the Apulia region of Southern Italy. They are not to be confused with the fried pizza nor with the “calzone“ from Naples. The ingredients used are difefrent and also the toppings are mainly different. They are all delicious in their own way. Panzerotti can be either fried or cooked in the oven.
