1) Slowly peel your tailbone off the ground as you pull your heels toward your bottom. Your lower back should be flat on the ground and hamstrings should be working 2) Continue by peeling the lowest part of the lower back off the ground and continue to peel your back off the ground in a segmental fashion from the bottom up. The glutes will kick on as you reach the end of the movement 3) Lower yourself down in the reverse order (from the top down)
