The cat that gets offed in the video is Billy's dad! Aka desaturated Billy. It's implied he doesn't like his dad bc his whole motivation in the movies to kill is for his mum's sake who left him after Billy's dad cheated on her, I assume he didn't kill his father bc he'd be the prime suspect and bc he has a dash of misogyny. We love blaming women! (Don't actually) In the movie where Billy's dad shows up as his lawyer (Or as his father? Idk?) at Billy's interrogation is pretty chilly so its safe to say they don't like each other.
