Latvian Prime Minister Evika Silina said a failure to support Ukraine and a Russian victory in the conflict will have a global impact, including the US. “If Russia wins, those consequences will affect all the world, also Washington – also the United States – not just Europe,” Silina, 48, said on Bloomberg Radio and “Balance of Power.“ She also describes what it's like being a neighbor to Russian president Vladimir Putin and says he is very unpredictable and full of “crazy ideas.“
