In this section of the speech, Eisenhower welcomes Kruschev, his family and party to the United States. On behalf of the Government, he expresses the hope that they will find their stay in America interesting and useful. He is looking forward to their talks although says they will not be negotiating any issues affecting the interests of any other countries. He says Kruschev will have a chance to see something of the American country, institutions and customs and will have a chance to speak to individuals of all walks of life. He talks of how the political and socials systems of their two countries differ greatly and says aggression by this country is an impossibility. He says he hopes to visit the Soviet
