ANS or Autonomic Nervous System is a system that adapts the body’s organs to its environment. There are two main divisions of the autonomic nervous system; The parasympathetic and sympathetic. Under stress for a long time could cause sympathetic dominant that could affect the quality of sleep and no longer in safe mode.
