From 1983, this is a super-rare CED videodisc sent to RCA dealers announcing Gene Kelly as the advertising spokesperson for their Selectavision videodisc system. The remainder of the disc contains a copy of the release “Baseball: Fun and Games“, the intro to that is also included here.
