I personally feel that this is possibly Tony's finest keyboard hour - well, six-and-a-bit mins anyway :) For me, the creativity that went into these lines is outstanding even by his exemplary standards! For this vid I've created my own audio but have added the original Genesis track very low in the background, rather like this performance video - v=R2e944QKwkQ - as it saved having to program all the other parts to give the keyboards some context. That vid was also very helpful in that it seems to mostly confirm my own transcription efforts :) Not too many notes needed for this one; huge sighs of relief all-round!! :) I've taken some liberties with the score to make the video flow much more smoothly. e.g. the ties in bars 73 & 74 and no key signature for bars 39 to 54. The PDF has everything scored properly. Bars 31-38: Tony plays the right hand synth arpeggios slightly differently the two times they come up in the song. I've scored the second time. The first is basically the same but with a couple of notes missed out… He also tends to play them slightly differently on the live versions I've heard. If Tony can mix it up a bit then so can I... and so can you! :) Same goes for bars 39-44. On The Archive 67-75 box-set live version, he plays it as written here. On the studio version he occasionally plays a C instead of a D at the end of some of the 4 bar sequences. The Outro is fairly difficult to hear so it may not be exactly right... Sounds Ok to me though :) That's it! No, really, that's it!! As always, just have fun with it :) The audio was created using Presonus Studio One 3 with the following plugins: Hammond T102 Organ - GSi VB3 Hammond B3 RMI Electrapiano - Hollow Sun RMI Electrapiano ARP Pro-Solist - AM Music Technology ProSoloVst It's scored using Sibelius 7.5
