First, load the shotgun with a special breaching-round, which is designed to destroy the object it hits, and then turns into harmless dust. It has no risk of ricochet because it can't go through the door. Next, choose your target door spot from the lock pad, deadbolt, or hinges, and place the shotgun within one inch of it. The shotgun is held at a 45-degree angle from the doorframe, and 45 degrees down from the door. This prevents the locking mechanism and other debris, from flying across the room and endangering lives, since you never know who might be on the other side. Finally, pull the trigger, and turn the target into dust. Repeat the process for other spots if needed, and if it still did not breach the door, perform a 21st-century, Marine-style, mule kick!
