Ferencváros is based in Budapeste, the capital of Hungary, and is the most successful and popular club in the country. Ferencváros probably has the strongest Ultra and Hooligan scene in the country and their group Green Mosnters is known for their great actions both inside the stadiums and on the streets. Green Monsters is the responsible for the organized support of Ferencváros, was founded in 1995 and has a patriotic and righ-winged known political view. Actually, Ferencváros supporters are known for fighting against communism repression in revolution of 1956 when Hungary was under the control of Sovietic influence. Green Monsters are known for their amazing pyro shows, great tifos and choreos and also for their passionate and loud support. The group stays in a stand behind one of the goals called B-közép. Green Monsters started a boycott in 2014 that lasted about 3 and a half years; this boycott happened as a protest against new rules that were implemented by Ferencváros president, Mr. Kubatov, such as a mandatory vein scanner on the Ultras sector. After around 3 years and many rounds of negotiation, the Ultras and the president managed to find an acceptable agreement for both parts and Green Monsters returned to their tribune in 2017. Green Monsters have an official friendship with Tornado Rapids from Rapid Wien, and good relations with Gate 13 from Panathinaikos and with Slask Worclaw and Baltyk Gdynia from Poland.
