Future vs. Past: Can a Bat'leth Defeat a Longsword

As demonstrated in my previous video (link below), the Klingon Bat'leth is a lot more practical in design than some people give it credit for. In a duel against another Bat'let it offers good versatility, strong defense, and great effectiveness at grappling range. So now let's find out if this iconic Star Trek weapon stands a chance against a medieval longsword. There is an unintended bias in the fact that my sparring partner and I are much more familiar with the sword, but testing it out against a resisting opponent can still give us some insight into its usefulness.
