Let’s work our entire body with this follow along workout using only our bodyweight as the resistance! This is a full body workout at home for you to follow along with me! It is full of different exercises and movements to work your total body. It is low impact (not low intensity!!) with no jumping so an apartment friendly workout too! No sports equipment needed but you will need a mat or elbow friendly surface, a bottle of water handy and maybe open those windows! This bodyweight workout consists of 3 main parts: each exercise will be followed by a staple exercise. Each exercise within each part is performed for 50 seconds, 10 seconds to then to get ready for the next exercise!
