Anne Karine Strøm performing “Mata Hari“, the Norwegian entry at the 1976 Eurovision Song Contest. The year's biggest guilty pleasure, this delightfully camp number finds a perfect performer in Anne Karine (who had already appeared twice on ESC stage, in 1973 - as part of the Bendik Singers - and 1974), who gives it a greatly fitting performance, both vocally and visually (the sunglasses gimmick is a classic! - oh, and a great dress too).
