Russian House - 'People of that war' | Yevgeny Khaldei | Webinar

Russian House in Chennai in collaboration with Multimedia Art Museum (Moscow) inaugurated ‘People of that war’, a photo exhibition of award-winning war photojournalist Yevgeny Khaldei dedicated to the Day of Memory and Sorrow (June 22) and the 80th anniversary since the beginning of the Great Patriotic War. ‘People of that war’ exhibition was inaugurated by Yevgeny Khaldei’s daughter, Anna Khaldei she was a special guest in the program and provided detailed explanations for each of the photos that were showcased as part of this exhibition. Each photo had such an interesting story behind it, with people, the place and events being brought to life through Anna Khaldei’s commentary.
