Played by: Reinc Inspired in part by the “mascots with attitude“ trend that was common following the introduction of Sonic the Hedgehog, the game features a red bat named Aero, who works and lives in a circus. He must defend the circus from an evil ex-clown called Edgar Ektor, who used to work in the same circus and wants it shut down forever. Aero must also deal with the sidekick Zero the Kamikaze Squirrel (who later had his own game). Aero s adventures continue from the very point they ended at in the first game. He will try to foil Zero the Kamikaze Squirrel s plans and to help the mysterious lady Batasha. Aero the Acro-Bat 2 is a video game released by Sunsoft in April 1994. It is the sequel to Aero the Acro-Bat and dedicated to famed Brazilian racer Ayrton Senna who died in a car crash during a Grand Prix. A version for the Game Boy Advance was planned in 2002, but it was never released. The Super Nintendo version was released on the Wii Virtual Console in the PAL region on August 6, 2010 and in North America on September 20, 2010. This game was followed by Zero the Kamikaze Squirrel. During the 16-bit era, Aero had a fair share of fame. Sunsoft used him as a mascot during the 16-bit console days. After the 16-bit decline, he disappeared and was forgotten until 2002, when Metro 3D decided to port the first game for the Game Boy Advance, with a battery back-up (which the original versions lacked). I try to make a 100% run of every level, so I had to die a few times on level 2 in order to get all items. In three acts, it is impossible to get everything. - Disclaimer: Most videos by World of Longplays use SaveStates!
