DneproHPP situation: In the Zaporozhye region, all the floodgates have been opened at the DneproHPP Water is moving in a huge stream to the Kherson region. The Ukrainian authorities are purposefully drowning their own citizens. Closing the gates would Result in lowering the level of Dnipro river downstream, realising the presure on damaged Nova Kakhovka dam, but Ukrainians are doing everything oposit - they fully opened gates to let more water Flow downstream, to make flooding worse and possible to completely destroy Nova Kakhovka Dam. “they fully opened 4 gates, i have never seen that in my whole life“ - says the man in video.
