What happens if I respawn the Ender Dragon w/ nothing in the end - Minecraft

Well, first you got to defeat the ender dragon in the minecraft nether. After you have defeated the ender dragon, now you are going to go to the middle of the portal in the end and place 4 ender crystals on the portal as shown in the thumbnail of this minecraft video. And once you have done that, the ender dragon will respawn. However, in this video, I tried that without anything in the end. No blocks whatsoever. So let’s see what happens.
