This experience is available from Oculus here (Quest): My Initial Impressions: I have seen better 'photogrametry' style experiences, but for newcomers to VR this is a decent showcase with quite a lot of content on offer. All the experiences I tried are in 3D and the main features have been scanned with high detail, but as soon as you look or move away from the main focus, you get a Google Earth style experience.
