Full titles read: “Late Archbishop Keating - Cardinal Bourne, 14 Bishops and host of Clergy, at passing of Liverpool's revered Archbishop.“ Liverpool, Merseyside. M/S of male and female dignitaries coming down a cramped church stairway and getting into a car; numerous clergymen and bishops come down the stairway and stand at the bottom as the coffin of the Late Archbishop Keating is carried down and past them. Various shots of clergymen and other people outside as Keating is buried (they block our view of the lowering of the coffin); the crowds then disperse and we see people walking past the burial place and looking in; some schoolboys toss handfuls of soil onto the coffin.
