I only started OBX like a month ago. I did not expect to like this show as much as I did. I knew of Jiara before, of course. I don’t think there was a way of not seeing a glimpse of them every now and then if you followed and watched a variety of different vidders in the last three years. I knew I would love them. Honestly, I am also fine with people reading it platonically, but I enjoy this concept too much - best friends falling in love so casually they don’t even realise themselves until it’s too late (obviously - it’s the same with DeanCas, Otis/Maeve etc.) And that’s also the fault of that one fic written post s1 that follows JJ and Kie around the world. Which was chef’s kiss, hit all the right spots for me and helped me through two really long weeks bet
