Amazingly, the full Off-Broadway cast album of Hair has never been uploaded in full, so I dug out my copy of the remastered Broadway album, which also includes this. This includes more tracks than the original release, as 3 songs were cut, but have been included here in the correct order as they would have been in the original Off-Broadway show which debuted on October 17th 1967 at the Public Theatre. As we all know, Hair does eventually tie in to our Meat Loaf universe, when he joined the Los Angeles cast at the end of 1968... Do I have anything of that? (Yes, a 2 second clip...) As for now, here is the... acceptable album that first came out in December 1967, personally I much prefer the Broadway cast (largely because of Jim Rado and Lynn Kellogg), but this shall have to do... Enjoy! P.S.: Big thanks to good ol' Gibson delGiudice for his very handy document detailing the available scripts for the play, dating from about... October 1966 up until 2010, they have been most useful in me discovering the bizarre universe and meta of this play, but it's been an enjoyable experience for many reasons and much more is to come on the channel relating to hair (including a full remastered version of the semi-elusive DisinHAIRited album, which I believe has received a new release in the USA, but I'm stuck here in Scotland with the original...) 00:00:00 Opening (Instrumental of “Electric Blues“) 00:02:29 Red, Blue and White (Early Version of “Don't Put It Down) 00:04:14 Ain't Got No (Early Version) 00:05:37 I Got Life 00:08:27 Air 00:09:58 Going Down 00:12:38 Hair 00:15:48 Dead End 00:18:26 Frank Mills 00:20:20 Hare Krishna (Original Title of “Be-In“) 00:23:42 Where Do I Go? 00:26:42 Electric Blues 00:29:15 Easy To Be Hard 00:31:24 Manchester (Early Version of “Manchester England“) 00:32:39 White Boys 00:35:16 Black Boys 00:36:22 Walking In Space 00:40:44 Aquarius (Early Version) 00:43:02 Good Morning Starshine (Early Version) 00:46:55 Exanaplanetooch 00:49:34 The Climax 00:51:26 Sentimental Ending Red, Blue and White - Marijane Maricle, Arnold Soboloff Ain't Got No - Walker Daniels, Gerome Ragni, Steve Dean, Arnold Wilkerson I Got Life - Marijane Maricle, Walker Daniels Air - Jonelle Allen, Shelley Plimpton, Sally Eaton Going Down - Gerome Ragni Hair - Walker Daniels, Gerome Ragni Dead End - Jill O'Hara Frank Mills - Shelley Plimpton Hare Krishna - The Company Where Do I Go? - Walker Daniels Electric Blues - Suzannah Evans, Linda Compton, Paul Jabara Easy To Be Hard - Suzannah Evans, Linda Compton, Paul Jabara Manchester - Walker Daniels White Boys - Alma Robinson, Jonelle Allen, Susan Batson Black Boys - Linda Compton, Suzannah Evans, Shelley Plimpton Walking In Space - The Company Aquarius - The Company Good Morning Starshine - Jill O'Hara Exanaplanetooch - Walker Daniels The Climax - Jill O'Hara Sentimental Ending - The Company
