Carolina Herrera’s Spring 2015 collection is inspired by the color code of a flower. A simple bloom digitized into a spectral palette of color from vibrant pinks, iris blues, majestic purples to gray tones, and soft yellows. From there, floral motifs are pixelated in graphic prints with chiffon overlays and appliqués on techno crepe and techno piqué fabrics. The treatment of this material paired with linen and silk creates sharp lines and soft folds - a new take on techno fabric in a seductive and feminine way.
