Four years ago, when I started shooting walking videos, the city I most wanted to visit was Tianjin. But I have been to Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen many times in the past few years, but I still have never visited Tianjin. Now, the Tianjin you want is here, and the Tianjin I have longed to visit is here! Tianjin is a thriving metropolis, rich in cultural experiences and brimming with possibilities. Tianjin is a metropolis in northern China and one of the five national central cities of the People's Republic of China. It is governed as a direct-controlled municipality, one of four such designations, and is, thus, under direct administration of the central government. Tianjin borders Hebei Province and Beijing Municipality, bounded to the east by the Bohai Gulf portion of the Yellow Sea. As one of the most important cities in China and East Asia, Tianjin, boasts unparalleled urban vitality. From historical architecture to scenic riverscapes, Tianjin has over 600 years of history and cultural heritage. With a population of fifteen million people, this dynamic city also is home to the world’s fourth largest port which serves the thriving Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. Tianjin also has much to offer to aspiring musicians from across the globe. Students can adjust to life in Tianjin with ease. Tianjin is an up-and-coming city, as one can easily tell from the development of businesses and buildings in downtown Tianjin. The Binhai New Area can be described as peaceful. Situated just beside the Haihe river, one can be treated to the gorgeous view of the waters all year round, with well-maintained parks just in its vicinities. ------------------⭐⭐ Coastal Metropolis in Northern China near Beijing ------------------⭐⭐ Tianjin is one of the four municipalities in China. Facing the Bohai Sea, the city serves as Beijing's vital gateway to the sea as well as the largest port city in north China. It is about 134 km (83 mi) from Beijing and it takes as short as 35 minutes to Beijing by bullet train. Once served the port of foreign concession in the 19th century, Tianjin still remains a lot of European-style buildings including the former residences of celebrities, industrial and commercial enterprise buildings, churches, and clubs on the Five Avenues. Hai River flows slowly through the city and the towering Tientsin Eye spans on it. Taking a walk along the Hai River in the evening and overlooking night scenery from the Ferris wheel are must-to-do things. In addition, the countless delicious food in Tianjin is mouthwatering. Snacks like Fried Cake and Pancake Fruit that can be eaten on the street are the cream of the city's delicacy and the most authentic flavors. ------------------⭐⭐ How to Get to Tianjin ------------------⭐⭐ Getting in and out of the city is convenient because of the well-planned transportation system. If you want to come by water, there are a series of international and domestic sea routes in the port of the city, which is the biggest man-made port in the country. If you plan to arrive by air, Binhai International Airport offers excellent service. Planes have routes that reach most of the major cities in the country and also cities in Europe and America. Of course, arriving by land is another option, while trains or long-distance buses are yet another alternative. -------------------⭐⭐ 0:00 Intro 1:33 Jinwan Square 37:55 Tianjin Porcelain House 47:43 Tianjin Ancient Culture Street 1:00:41 Tianjin West Railway Station 1:07:27 Bike Tour Along The Haihe River 1:34:56 Tianjin Italian Style Street 1:56:42 Five Great Avenues Historical Streets 3:06:31 Binjiang Road Pedestrian Street 3:54:12 Tianjin Street Comedians Live Show -------------------⭐⭐ Other Walk East's Cool Playlists: Night Walking Tour In China's Metropolitan Cities: China's Stunning Old Towns: Shanghai City Classic Scenes: 4K⁶⁰ Driving In China: -------------------⭐⭐ #tianjin #China
