This 1969 K5 Blazer's corrosion-free body was completely sandblasted along with metalwork and bodywork during its concours nut-and-bolt restoration. After all of the hours of bodywork, it was refinished in PPG Toyota Quicksand and Mercedes-Benz Cirrus White two-tone paint. This Blazer retains its factory '69 front grille with truck-style chrome side trim. Hand-laid pinstriped molding accent the engine and interior. A set of 17-inch KMC beadlock wheels comes wrapped in 37-inch BFGoodrich KM3 rubber. Protecting the interior is a fiberglass top that has been completely redone, gel-coated, retextured and refinished in factory satin. The top has been upgraded with rear gas shocks, all precision weatherstripping and given brand-new glass. The chassis has been completely reworked and all hold have been welded. It features TIG-welded custom-fabricated crossmembers, suspension hangers and shackles. The chassis is finished with a fully polished 3-inch TIG-welded stainless-steel exhaust completely with MagnaFlow
