Day on the Moffat Sub: P-berg local, Coal Trains, Amtrak, and More July 13, 2017

On the morning of July 13, 2017, the weather was looking good and atcs already showed two east bounds approaching, so I decided to head out to see what the Moffat Sub had to offer. I’m disappointed that I couldn’t video the first eastbound, which I saw was an empty BNSF unit grain train, but shortly after an empty coal train left Denver, so I gave chase.
