Just a really nice short stretching and yoga clip of me doing a figure 4 stretch, the classic stretch for outer thighs and the side booty! You can either hold on to your thigh here or you grab your shin, whatever works for you! Have fun and stay flexi! Always remember: Stretching is all about patience. Take your time to get into the stretch and progress bit by bit. No need to rush and no need to compare yourself directly to others.
