It's really wild to me that I originally covered this tune the Friday before Game of Thrones Season 2 started and now here we are 12 years later at the finale weekend of House of the Dragon Season 2. As a lot of you know, I've done this a couple times. It's very fun for me because I really enjoy seeing how my mind and ear does processes music at an older age, especially with this tune. And I absolutely love the Game of Thrones universe. It's one of my favorite things. I read 2 of the books when I was a teenager and when the show was released I went in super deep. Ramin Djawadi also is everything for this show. Whenever there's a montage of scenes or something intense, he's gonna COOK something delicious. Hope you, including the old gods and the new, dig it.
