A “creepy” video of Sean “Diddy” Combs and a teenage Justin Bieber has resurfaced online after the rapper’s homes were raided in connection to an ongoing sex-trafficking investigation. In the clip, the Bad Boy Records founder stood next to the “Peaches” singer, who was 15 years old at the time, and alluded to the wild antics they were planning to get into that day. “Where we hanging out and what we doing, we can’t really disclose, but it’s definitely a 15-year-old’s dream,” Combs said in the video. The “I’ll Be Missing You” rapper then explained that Bieber was signed to Usher, whom Combs had “legal guardianship” of when he executive produced his self-titled first album, which was released in 1994 when Usher was 16. “I don’t have legal guardianship of him [Bieber], but for the next 48 hours, he’s with me,” Combs added.
