In this video I take a two bar drum loop and compare how it sounds on the SPs and PO-33 at their different sample rates. I also test out some of their effects, especially those that they share in common such as Filter. If you like any of the versions of the loop, feel free to sample it, would be interested to see what you’d make with it. 0:00 Original Sample 0:13 Sample Rate Comparison 2:29 Some Effects... Sample Rates: Boss SP-202 ⦁ Hi-Fi: kHz ⦁ Standard: kHz ⦁ Lo-Fi 1: kHz ⦁ Lo-Fi 2: kHz Boss SP-303 ⦁ Hi-Fi: 44.1 kHz ⦁ Long: kHz ⦁ Lo-Fi: kHz Roland SP-404A ⦁ Hi-Fi: 44.1 kHz ⦁ Lo-Fi: 11 kHz (I’m guessing, def emulating something lower than the 303’s “Long“ and 202’s “Standard“) Teenage Engineering PO-33 K.O! ⦁ I have nooooo idea but it’s low and awesome. Some Effects.... sp202: filter, pitch sp303: filter, isolater, vinyl sim sp404: filter, isolater, vinyl sim (mfx 16), djfx looper po33: filter, pitch There’s always been the debate, do drum samples hit harder com
