Sissonnes are a lot of fun, they are one of my favourite steps. When it’s time to do sissonnes in ballet class I alway get a little extra happy. Sissonnes are found in many classical ballets. They are an intermediate step, so if you are just getting started with your exploration of ballet, I’d suggest you learn how to do sautes first.
