We had a lot of fun working the bungees into our hurdle drills today. Here you see some of the last progressions where each bout pretty long in duration (for cardiovascular benefits). We needed to do a little linear sprint-work afterward so I programmed some Sprint Figure 8 relays afterward. Our Finisher was 5 min: as many rounds as possible of 10 barrel jumps, 10 KB sit-ups, 10 push-ups.
