Basic Tutorial pattern design for topsy turvy rag

This is a tutorial on how to design a pattern to make a Topsy Turvy rag cloth doll. I will show you how to draw the pattern even if you don't know how to draw very well, how to design the blouse and how to do a basic skirt. This is the first part.
