A man soared over Paris aboard a flyboard device as France celebrated Bastille Day with a military parade. This year’s parade showcased European defence cooperation, with flags of the 10 member countries of the European Intervention Initiative leading the march down the Champs-Élysées. The initiative is a joint military project outside NATO and the EU’s defence arm.
