All these territories boast the production of Made in Italy excellence in the agri-food sector. In particular, the buffalo mozzarella produced in Bojano, Molise, and Campania should be remembered. It should also be mentioned that Foggia, starting point of Stage # 8, is the capital of the Tavoliere della Puglia, the second largest plain in Italy after the Po Valley, a place of production of many excellences in the food sector known abroad: from tomatoes to oil, passing through wheat and its derivatives such as pasta. 🇮🇹 La tappa 8 attraversa tre regioni, Puglia, Molise e Campania. Terre di produzione di eccellenze del Made in Italy. In particolare va ricordata la mozzarella di bufala di Bojano, in Molise, e quella Campana.
