We love our pizza nights with friends and everyone gets so excited when the first pizza leaves the oven. 😍 This is our Margherita pizza recipe, how we like it the most. There's nothing wrong with you taking it apart and creating your own style! 👌 Don't be afraid of the 72 hours, the yeast is literally doing all the work for you. Sit back and relax while the amazing flavors emerge. 🙌 =============================================== Serves 4 pizzas (~280g each): Starter (Poolish): 🔶 g yeast (tripple for fresh) 🔶 63 g flour 🔶 63 g cold tap water Dough: 🔶 120 g starter (see above) 🔶 606 g flour 🔶 376 g cold tap water 🔶 3 g yeast (double to tripple for fresh) 🔶 13.4 g salt 🔶 6.7 g olive oil Sauce: 🔶 400 g (14 ounces) canned tomatoes (no passata!) 🔶 Pinch of salt
