Cut the cabbage into bite size pieces. Julienne the onion into thick pieces. Chop the small green onion. 2. Blanch the udon noodles for 10 seconds in boiling water, and take them out. Set the noodle water aside for later. 3. Mix all the seasoning blend ingredients in a bowl. With a dash of oil in a heated pan, stir-fry the minced garlic and cabbage. 4. Once the cabbage becomes translucent, add in the onion and stir-fry. Then, add the noodles and seasoning blend and stir-fry. (tip. Adjust the thickness by adding a small amount of the noodle water.) 5. When itโ€™s ready, sprinkle some small green onion before itโ€™s served.
