_________________________________________ ✴️Helping ⚽️ midfielder @raifkuzey with a hamstring injury he’s been nursing for a few weeks . His lower back , hip-flexors and hamstrings were locked up 🔒and tight. He’s been in a lot of ⚡️pain⚡️ hasn’t been able to play 🚷 . We treated Him with : . ✳️ 🇨🇳 Chinese cupping therapy. . ✳️ 💮 medical massage. . ✳️ MMT-yoga™. . He says he felt light and relaxed after his MMT session 🎯👌🏾⚽️
