День общественной акции за введение специально оборудованных мест для курения в центре города. Посещать культурный центр Санкт-Петербурга стало невыносимо из-за повсеместного курения и мусора от пачек сигарет. Day of the public action for introduction of specially equipped smoking areas in city centre. To visit the cultural centre of it became intolerable because of universal smoking and dust from packs of cigarettes.
