'Scream of Beslan' monument opens in Ossetia to commemorate 20th anniversary of the tragedy

’Scream of Beslan’ monument was presented to the Ossetian people by its author Renzo Vandi on the 20th anniversary of the tragedy. The terrorist attack in Beslan occurred on September 1-3, 2004, when terrorists seized a school and took hundreds of hostages. The attack killed 334 people, 186 of whom were children.
